How to Use
- Attach head strap to the LED mask

- Use energy + and - button to set treatment intensity (1-5)
- Use time + and - button to set treatment time. We do not recommend exceeding 20 minutes per session

I purchased this mask because I was looking to add an affordable anti aging regimen to my routine. I get decent results but the strap is so annoying and painful. I have to just hold the mask to my face . The mask is either too tight or falling off my face . It kinda sucks especially when it’s $150 mask .
